Executive Vice President of International Wushu Association Xinghong Wang was appointed as Chief of Head Referees of The Third “Champion of the World” Online Wushu Contest.

第三届论剑天下武术网络大赛，于2022年底举行。世界著名武术家、国际武术协会常务副主席、太极大师、形意拳大师、武术速度世界纪录拥有者、太极拳“活膝”理论提出人、武术内功“丹田后”呼吸法发明人、《秘传内功太极拳修炼指南及陈式太极拳83式》作者王行洪先生应邀参加本届大赛并担任总裁判长。

The Third “Champion of the World” Online Wushu Contest was held in end of year 2022. GRANDMASTER Xinghong Wang, world famous martial artist, Executive Vice President of International Wushu Association, Taichi Grandmaster, Xingyiquan Grandmaster, Martial arts speed world record owner, Taichi “Live Knee” theory proposer, and Internal Wushu “Dantian Back” Breathing Method inventor, and the author of 《SECRETIVE INNER KUNGFU TAICHI TRAINING GUIDELINES AND CHEN STYLE TAICHI 83 FORMS》, was invited into the organizing committee and appointed as Chief of Head Referees of the Contest, or President of referees, being the No. 1 leader of referee team of the Contest.

论剑天下武术网络大赛是国际武术协会旗下主要赛事活动之一，是目前国际上唯一可以全面体验论剑文化、彰显剑侠风范的赛事。能够满足习武者的武侠情节，可以树立良好的形象，弘扬正气，发扬民族文化，体现武者大义。更利于社会的和谐安定。实现国际武术协会的社会职能和历史责任。

“Champion of the World” Online Wushu Contests are within the wushu activity of International Wushu Association. They are currently the only international wushu contest event that can fully experience the culture of swordsmanship. It can satisfy the martial arts spirits of martial artists, establish a good image, promote righteousness, promote wushu culture, and reflect the great morality of martial artists. These contests are helpful to social harmony and stability, realizing the social functions and historical responsibilities of the International Wushu Association.

论剑天下武术网络大赛之前已经成功举办两届。均得到国内外武术家和武术爱好者的大力支持和热情参与。

There held already two  “Champion of the World” Online Wushu Contests in previous years and both of the two contests are welcomed and participated by martial artists and martial arts practitioners both in China and in the world.

国际武术协会之前已在香港特别行政区注册，现又已在英国正式注册协会，受英国及英联邦政府的认可与保护，是目前唯一国内外都有注册的国际武术组织。国内在香港注册，相关徽章已在国家版权局商标局注册，是国内外政府单位都给与承认的组织，可以举办国际各类武术活动。

The International Wushu Association was previously registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and is now officially registered in the UK. It is recognized and protected by the UK governments and is currently the only international wushu organization registered both domestically and internationally. In addition, the relevant intellectual properties of  International Wushu Association have been registered in the Intellectual Property Office of the China. It is an organization recognized by both domestic and foreign government and can conduct various international martial arts activities.

本届大赛的举办，得到了来自全世界的武术家、武术运动员和广大武术爱好者的热情参与。在裁判团队执裁期间，在杨福生主席和万永飞秘书长的领导下，总裁判长王行洪带领吴国荣副总裁判长、高书欣副总裁判长、郑洪昆副总裁判长、和刘波副总裁判长进行了卓有成效的组织和执行工作。其中，吴国荣副总裁判长组织团队成员进行了培训工作，确定了裁判工作基本原则，为执裁工作成功完成奠定了基础。高书欣副总裁判长负责执裁进度的推进和执行，认真负责，勤恳细致，卓有成效的保障了团队工作进展。郑洪昆副总裁判长负责裁判协调工作，促进了执裁工作顺利进行。刘波副总裁判长负责数据汇总和整理，高效工作极大的保证执裁整体进度效果和数据汇总的准确度。王行洪总裁判长总揽全局，调度有方，组织有效，妥善管理，使整个执裁工作得以成功推进和完成，使执裁团队发挥了优良的工作效率并取得了预期的工作效果。整个大赛执裁工作操作专业，结果公平公正。基于执裁结果，国内国际参赛人员被授予相应奖牌和证书。

The Contest has received enthusiastic participation from martial artists, martial arts athletes, and martial arts enthusiasts from all over the world. During the process of conducting assessment by referee team, under the leadership of Chairman Yang Fusheng and Secretary General Wan Yongfei, Chief of Head Referees Xinghong Wang led Vice Chief of Head Referees Wu Guorong, Vice Chief of Head Referees Gao Shuxin, Vice Chief of Head Referees Zheng Hongkun, and Vice Chief of Head Referees Liu Bo to carry out the execution work very effectively. Among them, Vice Chief of Head Referees Wu Guorong organized team members for training and determined the basic principles of referee work, laying the foundation for the successful completion of referee work. Vice Chief of Head Referees Gao Shuxin is responsible for promoting and executing the progress of the referee's execution. She is conscientious, responsible, diligent, and meticulous, effectively ensuring the progress of the team's work. Vice Chief of Head Referees Zheng Hongkun is responsible for coordinating referee work, promoting the smooth progress of referee work. Vice Chief of Head Referees Liu Bo is responsible for data collection and statistics, and his efficient work greatly ensures the overall progress and accuracy of data collection during the execution of the referee. Chief of Head Referees Wang Xinghong took overall responsibility, organized effectively, and managed properly, which enabled the entire arbitration work to be successfully executed and completed, and enabled the arbitration team to exert excellent work efficiency and achieve the expected work results. The entire competition's execution and operation are professional, and the results are fair and just. Medals and certificates are awarded to participants both domestically and internationally.

值得一提的是，在杨福生主席和万永飞秘书长的指导领导下，本届大赛还特别进行了“执裁团队武艺技能评比”，该“评比”与正常参赛人员的参赛活动各自独立、互不影响。参与评比的执裁团队成员，展示了各自的武艺技能，体现了国际武术协会裁判团队成员的专业风范和高超武功，大赛组委会特别安排专业团队和制定专业流程，对“执裁团队武艺技能评比”进行了公正评判，大赛组委会并给予参加评比的执裁团队成员相应的证书和奖章，起到了鼓舞士气、增加团队凝聚力、进一步扩大国际武术协会影响的作用。

It is worth mentioning that under the guidance and leadership of Chairman Yang Fusheng and Secretary General Wan Yongfei, this Contest also conducted a special session: "MARTIAL ARTS SKILLS EVALUATION OF THE REFEREE TEAM", which is an independent session and does not affect the participation activities of normal participants. The members of the referee team who participated in the EVALUATION demonstrated their martial arts skills, reflecting the professional demeanor and superb martial arts skills of the members of the referee team of the International Wushu Association. The organizing committee of the Contest specially arranged a professional team and developed a professional process to conduct a fair evaluation of the refree team's martial arts skills. The organizing committee of the Contest also gave corresponding certificates and medals to the participating referee team members, which boosted morale, increased team cohesion, and further expanded the influence of the International Wushu Association.
